CrossFit Metric – Olympic Weightlifting
Squat Clean & Power Clean (50-mins)
Progressively build up to 90% of your max Squat Clean/Power Clean (which ever is heavier). Then do as many attempts/reps at 90% for the remainder of time on the clock. Try to lift every 1:20-seconds or so.
