CrossFit Metric – Olympic Weightlifting

Clean & Jerk (50-mins)

50-minutes of:

Power Clean+ PushJerk

Squat Clean + Split Jerk

Progressively build up to 90%. Then do as many attempts/reps at 90% for the remainder of time on the clock. Try to lift every :90-seconds or so.
