In order to make our gym a more organized and clean space, we ask that if you left any gear behind, shoes/ knee sleeves/ wrist wraps, you take it home with you immediately.Items left behind will be donated on January 9th

32-minute running clock
Part A (14-minutes)
Power Snatch @ 95/65 or 65/45
Toes-To-Bar (or TTB attempts)
– alternating, one team member works at a time. Team member A does 3+3, then Team member B does 3+3. Then 6+6, 6+6, then 9+9, 9+9 and so on.
REST 6-minutes until 20-minute mark
Part B (12-minutes, work till the 40-minute mark)
4 Overhead Squats @ 95/65 or 65/45
7 Burpee Box Jump Overs @24/20″
One team member completes a full round and then switch. Alternating rounds until 12-minutes is up.
