Squat Snatch then Snatch Pulls (15-mins)

Build up to 80% of yoru max Squat Snatch and then 10-singles at 80%.

Then 5 x 3-reps of Snatch Pulls at:

100%, 110%, 120%, 130%, 140%

Use straps if you have them

Squat Clean then Clean Pulls (15-mins)

Build up to 80% of yoru max Squat Cleanand then 10-singles at 80%.

Then 5 x 3-reps of CleanPulls at:

100%, 110%, 120%, 130%, 140%

Use straps if you have them

Jerk Complex (10-mins)

From rack, build up to a heavy-ish complex:

Push Jerk + Split Jerk + Push Jerk
