CrossFit Metric – Olympic Weightlifting

Pause Power Snatch (15-mins)

Pause 3-seconds below the knee and the complete a Power Snatch receiving in a deep Power position, then complete a second rep (touch ‘n go). 15-mins to build up to something heavy for the day.

Hang Power Clean (15-mins)

15-minutes to find a new max Hang Power Clean (hang above the knee)

Split Jerk from Rack (15-minutes)

15-minutes to find a new max Split Jerk from the rack
