Metcon (No Measure)
Part A: Row 4-minutes —- :45 seconds moderate and :15-seconds sprint.
Part B: Dynamic mobility for 5-minutes of your choice (i.e. leg swings, banded shoulder, rolling etc.)
Part C: warm up to third Thruster weight and practice all three pull up movements. No more than 3-5 reps of each.
Part D: at working weights:
