Hi team, friendly reminder, there are no online classes today (Friday). Next week we will be starting some outdoor workouts, these will take place at the school right behind metric at 6:30AM/12PM/5PM.

20 Abs Twist
you can easily use a back pack to do the step ups and abs twist.
