UPDATE: Metric is committed to keeping you guys fit while we get through these challenging times. To that end we are posting a daily home workout along with a demo video (find on CrossFit Metric Wodify, Instagram, YouTube and crossfitmetric.com/wods/ . Starting Thursday, March 25th we will be starting a live online class via zoom. We will start with a noon class, Monday – Friday. The link to join will be posted in Wodify under the WOD and at crossfitmetric.com/wods/

A: Metcon (8 Rounds for reps)
EMOM 32 (8 rounds)
A1: 50 Double Unders
A2: 20 Dumbbell or KB Swings
A3: 45 sec. Max Mountain Climbers
A4: 15 V-Ups
If you have a rowing machine switch the mountain climbers for 15/12 cal.
Scale number of reps if needed.
