A1: 50 Double Unders

A2: 20 Dumbbell or KB Swings

A3: 45 sec. Max Mountain Climbers

A4: 15 V-Ups
If you have a rowing machine switch the mountain climbers for 15/12 cal.

Scale number of reps if needed.
