Station 3: Double Front Rack KB Carry, 150 ft
Station 4: KB Side Bends, 8-10 E/S
Station 5: Chin Up Negative, 35 seconds E/S, 1-2 rep, use load if needed
Station 6: Renegade Rows, 16-18 reps
Station 7: C2 Bike Erg, 12-14 Cals
