Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
– Scale number of reps to your level of fitness

– If round 1 takes you longer than 4:30 then scale reps on subsequent rounds

– 40 min Cap
