Deadlift: 15 minutes to build to a heavy triple.
This is not necessarily a 3 RM, just something that feels difficult.

B: Metcon (Weight)

EMOM 15:

30 Double Unders

3 Deadlifts
– the deadlift load should be no more than 70% of today’s heavy 3.

– scale # of Double Unders to something you can keep consistent.
