4 Rounds:

5 strict pull ups

15 push ups

20 sit ups

25 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute
Aim for the same time for each round.


A: Accumulate 3 minutes in a wall assisted hand stand hold.

– Scale with box assisted HSH or straight arm plank.

B: Accumulate 3 minutes in a lying Arch hold.
