9 thrusters 95# / 65#

35 double-unders

*40 minute time cap
– Scale to a load that allows for 20+ reps unbroken in a rested state.

– Double Unders can be scaled to single unders 2 for 1.

– If 90 Thrusters is too much volume, reduce number of rounds to 7.
