Workout A – in same gender pairs AMRAP 15-mins of:
Calorie Row x 60
Wall Ball x 60 at 20/14 or 14/10
Burpee BJO x 60 at 24/20″
Partners can tag in and out as you wish (one person works one person rests)

Workout B – in same gender pairs AMRAP 15-mins of:
Calorie Bike x 60
DB Alternating Snatch x 60 @ 50/35 or 35/25
DB Single Arm OHS x 60 @ 50/35 or DB Goblet Squats at 35/25
Partners can tag in and out as you wish (one person works one person rests)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Workout C – in same gender pairs AMRAP 15-mins of:
American KBS x 60 @ G/Y or Y/B
DB Single Arm Walking Lunges x 60 @ 50/35 or 35/25
Hand Release Push Ups x 60
Partners can tag in and out as you wish (one person works one person rests)
