800 m Run
80 Alternating Front Rack DB Lunges
400 m DB Farmer Carry
40 Single Arm DB Push Press
– Complete Run together
– One person works at a time
– Alternate carry on Farmer Walk (walk together)
– Do equal reps on each arm for PP.
