Barbell Reverse Lunges @30×1; 10/leg x 3; rest 1min

B2: Metcon (3 Rounds for weight)

Strict Supinated Pull Up; 3-5 x 3; rest 90sec

– Weighted if possible

– Tough reps

– Long neck at top – lats do the work

C: Metcon (Time)

Forearm Plank; Accumulate 4min in as little sets as possible
