M1: 35s Double unders
M2: 35s UB wall Balls
M3: 35s Cal Row
M4: 35s BF Burpees
M5: 35s Cal Bike/Ski
M6: 45s easy recovery shuttle runs
The first round you will work for 35s and count the reps for each movement. After that you will do the same reps in the next 4 rounds.
For example – if you get 40 Double unders in 35s then you will do 40 double unders each time, and if you get 12 wall balls in 35s then you do 12 wall balls etc.
