45-minutes to complete the following:
Squat Snatch x 10-singles at 80%
Power Snatch x 10-singles at 80%
Squat Clean x 10-singles at 80%
Power Clean x 10-singles at 80%
Push Jerk from Rack x 10-singles at 80%
Split Jerk from Rack x 10-singles at 80%
MUST video your fist rep, fifth rep and tenth rep and compare. All reps should look exactly the same.
