Metcon (Time)

Partner Workout A – for time (10-minute CAP):

50 DB Thrusters (each partner) at 50/35 or 35/25 or 25/15

Partner A – does 50 DB Thrusters, then

Partner B – does 50 DB Thusters

For every break, the resting partner must do 10-burpees

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Partner Workout B – 25-min AMRAP of:

30 BMU or C2B or Pull-Ups or Angled Ring Rows

40 DB Devil Press at 50/35 or 35/25 or 25/15

50 Calorie Row

40 Toes-to-Bar or Hanging Knee Raises

30 D-Ball Over the Shoulder at 50/30 or 30/20
