A: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Three rounds for max reps of:

60 seconds of DB Front Rack Squats, 50/35

60 seconds of Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg

60 seconds of Dumbbell Box Step-Overs, 50/35, 20″ box

60 seconds of Strict Handstand Push Ups

60 seconds of Rowing (for Cals)

Rest 3 minutes
Pacing Strategy:

– you don’t need to work for the entire 60 seconds on each movement

– give yourself time to transition and take a few breaths

– aim for consistency between the 3 rounds
