Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
This workout can take upto 40mins so have a time cap of 30mins and complete as many rounds as you can – still have 3mins rest btw rounds
