What a cool spot!!

Since I started CrossFit a year ago, I have had the opportunity to try out a couple of boxes in the city and this one stands out for me!

The programming is exciting and varied, incorporating LOTS of different exercises. They have showers and towel service. It is CLEAN (someone obviously cares about the space) and bright. Rogue gear is EVERYWHERE, and there is a lot of it.

The members are welcoming and the staff are inclusive and helpful.

Ok, so they really like orange (not my fave), but if that is the worst you can say about them, they must be doing something right!

I recommend this to anyone and everyone. They are a box designed for all levels of CrossFit athletes.
