Blaise has coached at various levels throughout his life, from youth soccer and track & field to strength & conditioning classes, teams and athletes. He discovered CrossFit the summer of 2012 when he entered a local competition and came in 2nd in the Masters division. Since then he’s been hooked. Blaise is available to coache athletes, the general public and groups. He customizes his clients programming based on their goals and draws from his traditional strength & conditioning education along with his training in the CrossFit methodology.
Blaise is coached remotely by Andrea Ager from California, who is a top ranked CrossFit athlete in the US. His goals are to improve in all aspects of CrossFit and improve his performance in the 2014 Open. His long term goal is to make the CrossFit Games in the Masters division.
