3-3-3-5 Intervals:

3-minutes of work + 1-minute rest x 3 rounds, then 5-minutes of work. 17-minute running clock.

Buy In each round:

Pull Ups x 10

Burpees x 10

AMRAP OHS in remaining time – ascending loads per round – target 100 total reps

R1 – 75/55

R2 – 95/65

R3 – 115/75

R4 – 135/85

Score is total number of reps of OHS completed. If you finish all 100-reps then include time in comments.
