Started my Crossfit journey here in February of 2015 and have seen tremendous results in strength, endurance and physique. The coaches here are attentive despite classes that can have upwards of 16 people. Good form are emphasized and for those unfamiliar with snatches, clean and jerks, handstand pushups their “Fitness” classes, which are less intense and less focused on complex movements are for you. However, once you’ve gained a better understanding of deadlifts, front/back squats, kettlebell movements etc you can then move into “Performance” classes that are more intense, more focused on Olympic lifts and larger weights.
