Thank you to the inspiring coaches and members at CrossFit Metric. Before coming here, I had minimal athletic experience and upbringing, so to reflect on what I’ve learned and accomplished this past year boggles my mind. I was challenged and inspired by surrounding athletes and made some friends along the way.
