5min Intervals:

Each starts with a 750m row or run round the block (alternate which you do if possible)

When you finish the row or run you will perform an Amrap of 1 movement below (changing movements until you complete them all) – as soon as the 5mins is done, you go straight to the next row or run (20min total)
