Ab Wheel x 10-reps
REST 1-2 minutes
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
10-minute AMRAP of:
Row x 25-cals
Wall-Ball x 20-reps
Toes to Bar x 5-reps (or Hanging Knee Raises x 10-reps)
Rx+ do 15 x TTB
