8 Thrusters, 95/65

6 Bar Facing Burpees

Fitness Loads: 65/45
– these are ALL OUT sprints!!

– choose a load that is challenging but allows you to do UNBROKEN rounds.

– You get lots or rest so push it!

B: Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM for 9 minutes (3 rounds)

M1: Side Plank Left, 35 seconds

M2: Side Plank Right, 35 seconds

M3: Front Plank, 50 seconds
