Warm-up (No Measure)
Hi Team! Hope you guys are all excited for our first class together after 4 months. A feel reminders:
– Classes are 6:30 am , 12pm, 5pm.
– If you need any equipment, arrive 10 min early at the gym.
– Bring your own water bottle
– Classes are free of charge for those who kept their memberships active or partially active during the quarantine. Members on hold are more than welcome to join us with a drop in fee of $10 cash.

M1: Single Leg RDL 8-10 30X1
M2: Single Leg RDL 8-10 30X1
M3: Frontal Plank DB Pass Through :45
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
12 DB Hang Power Snatch*
14 OH Walking Lunges*
*Perform the Hang Snatch and Walking Lunges using the same arm. Alternate arms after every completed round.
