DB Single Arm OHWL x 10L/R @ 35/25 or 25/15

Hand Release Push Ups x 10

Toes to Bar/Knee Raises x 10

Russian KBS x 10 @ G/Y or Y/B

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Workout B – Partner Workout – 20-minute AMRAP of:

20+40+60+80+100+120….etc,

DB Alternating Snatch @ 50/35 or 35/25

Wall Ball @ 20/14 or 14/10

Burpee Step Ups @ 20/24″
