E2MOM for 10 minutes (5 sets):

A1: Deadlift, 6-8, 30X1

A2: 40 second Straight Arm Plank + Shoulder Taps,
– record weight of heaviest set

B: Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Tabata Burpee

rest 2 minutes

Tabata V-Up

rest 2 minutes

Tabata Russian KB Swings

– Tabata: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 8 sets

– All sets must be unbroken

– lowest set is score for each movement

– pace intelligently: you don’t need to work the entire 20 seconds.
Tabata: 4 minutes of 20 sec on, 10 sec off (8 sets)
