A: Paused Rack Split Jerk

– pause for for 3 seconds at bottom of dip position and 3 seconds in catch position.

Complete sets of:

3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1

– build load after each successful set.

B: Front Squat, 5 sets of 5 reps

– rest 2 – 3 minutes b/t sets
