Snatch Complex: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch
20 minutes to build to a heavy set.
– Hang Squat Snatch should be chambered form top of knee
with vertical shins and balanced feet.
– Pause in the catch position of Power and Squat Snatch for 2 seconds.
