100 thursters 75/55 (45/35 scaled) divide b/w pair

50 syncro hang power cleans

12 minute time cap

2: Metcon (Weight)

Clean Ladder:

Male RX weights:

135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 245, 265, 285, 305

Female RX weight:

85, 105, 115, 135, 155, 175, 185, 205, 225

Male Scaled weights:

75, 95, 105, 115, 135, 155, 185, etc

Female Scaled weights:

55, 65, 85, 105, 115, 135, 155, etc

Tie Breaker:

If you fail your clean, finish the lift with max deadlifts in the remaining time

30 Devils Press 35/25 (scaled 25/15)

40 Pull Ups (ring row)

30 DB Clusters

40 Toe to Bar (hanging knee raises)

30 Renegade Row w/Push Up

40 Bar Muscle Ups (40 DB Snatch)

– divide work as you wish

– one partner works while the others rests
