*pause for 2 seconds in the catch position

of the power snatch (hips back)

*pause for 2 seconds at the bottom of each OH Squat

M1: 3-5 Strict Chin Ups

M2: 40 seconds skipping

M3: 15 Russian KB Swings (heavy)
