20 Alt. Goblet DB Reverse Lunge

24 Alt. DB Snatch

30 Double Unders
– if round 1 takes longer than 4 minutes, scale reps of Lunge and DB Snatch

– Level 1: Wall assisted HSH

– Level 2: Wall assisted with alternating shoulder taps

– Level 3: Free Standing

– RX+: Double DB Front Rack Squats and Lunges
