Warm-up (No Measure)

Barbara Notes:

– In anticipation of strict pull ups in this years OPEN, some athletes may prefer to sub 10 strict pull ups for the 20 kipping. Time under tension will be approximatlely the same.

– Coaches: be aware that this WOD will take the average athlete between 35 and 40 minutes to complete. Sjo it’s important to “3, 2, 1 Go” at the 20 minute mark.

Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
