Station 3: Rope Sled Drag

Station 4: Soft Plyo Super RX Box Jump, 6-8 reps

Station 5: Ring Rows, 15 reps, elbows high and wide: level with shoulder

Station 6: KB side bends, 10 reps e/s

Station 7: ABike Sprint: max cal in 50 seconds

Station 8: rest
