A: E2MOM for 12 minutes (6 sets):

1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk.

– Build to 70% of max Jerk.

B: 4 sets of 3 Push Jerk (from rack)

– Build to 80% of max Push Jerk

Rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets
