Station 2: Bottoms up KB OH Walk, Alt. arms each length

Station 3: Sunami Waves: Single Battle Rope, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off

Station 4: Box Step Over Burpees, 12-15

Station 5: Incline DB Press, 12-15, 30X1

Station 6: Russian Twists, w/plate 20-30 reps

Station 7: ABike Sprint: max cal in 50 seconds

Station 8: rest
