Station 1: Ring Support, 30-40 seconds

Station 2: Skipping Practice, 30-40 seconds

Station 3: Hand Stand Hold, 30-40 seconds

Station 4: V- Ups, 12-15 reps

Station 5: Rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 9:

KB Sumo DLHP, 24/16kg

KB Goblet Squat

Perform rounds of 3, 6, 9, 12…..continue pattern.
