In same gender pairs complete the following for time:
100 Burpees
100 Calorie Row
100 Double DB Front Squats (50/35 or 35/25)
100 Abmat Sit Ups
100 Box Jump Overs
100 DB Devil Press (35/25 or 25/15)
Partners can tag in and out as you wish. One partner works at a time.
