Station 1: Forward facing sled drag (heavy), 100ft

Station 2: Bear Crawl, 100 ft

Station 3: Rope Pull Sled Drag, 100ft

Station 4: Russian Step Ups, 10 reps, each side

Station 5: Plank w/plate on back, 50 sec

Station 6: Staggerd Stance DB RDL, 6-8 each side. 30X0

Station 7: Ski Erg, 50 sec max effort

Station 8: rest
