Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete 10 rounds of:

10 Dumbbell Hang “Clusters”

20 Dumbbell Box Step-Overs (24″/20″)

400 Meter Run
Cluster is a hang squat clean into a thruster. Each partner must complete all reps in a movement before tagging out.

Metcon (Time)
