Station 2: Suit Case Farmer Carry
Station 3: Singe Arm Reverse Sled Pull (alternate arms)
Station 4: DB Box Step Overs
Station 5: Straight Arm Plank on Low Rings (scale with plank)
Station 6: Row Sprint: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.
Station 7: ABike: light recovery pace for 90 seconds
Station 8: rest
