B: Metcon (Weight)
Squat Clean + FS; 1.5 – build to tough wright for the day
C: Metcon (Time)
15 Squat Cleans for time @ 85-90% of B
D: Metcon (Time)
50/30 Strict Pull ups for time
– Need to complete negative part of the pull up
– Each break 35DU if have more than 5 ub
– If struggling with Pull ups and doing singles NO DU
