– Beat Swing + Knee Raises, 2 minutes
– Beat Swing + Knee to Elbows, 2 minutes
– Beat Swing + Toe to Bar, 2 minutes
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 15:
15 DB Push Press
15 Cal Erg
15 DB Front Rack Squats
Choose a DB weight that you can press and squat for 20 + reps when fresh.
