M2: Side Plank Left, 40 seconds

M3: Side Plank Right, 40 seconds

AMRAP 14:

5 Strict Pull Ups

7 DB Push Press, 35/25

9 OH Squats
The OH Squats should be done unloaded with PVC

to improve squat postion and mobility.
