Build load now you have had some exposure to the movement
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
4 Sets
15 Push ups
8 Pistols on Box
Good quality push up – change hand positions every 5 reps (wide, narrow, hand in, hands out etc)
for the pistols find a height that you can just touch the floor with HEEL – foot goes straight down the box but does not touch it – remember height used last week
